The lone Tree - Page 4 Empty Re: The lone Tree

Post by Timber Tue Feb 03, 2015 12:14 am

Timber tilted her head at the both of them. She felt like a missing peice of the puzzle had slid under the counter, and now the missing peice was missing. Red seemed nervous, more or less awkward. She shrugged, sitting down as well. "Dude... if youve got a crush on Alisen, I'm not going to tease you... and it seems she knows." She laughed, trying to break the tension in the air.

I growl low and kick her roughly in the leg but not hard enough to hurt her. "I don't like Alisen!" I whisper to her under my breath. I force mye ars forward trying very hard not to be rude. "And what in the world would give you a stupid thought like that!? I whisper again to her.

Timber shruged, rubbing her leg with her head. "I dunno. Alised always struck me as a cute ship, and you're embarassed Alisen was sort-of flirting with you." These, along with some others, are signs that someone likes someone. Being awkward when They're around, mainly.

I growl and glare at Timber and slink off. My ears fold back and I flop beside the river. My tail thrashes and i grip my claws into the dirt and bite down onto a stick. How could she think that? Did she not remember?

Timber whined, following him with ears down. "Bro, why are you so mad? Can I have a hint, at least?" She wagged her tail once, sitting down next to him. She tried to think, but her brain kept punching her.

I whip around and growl. "You know you know why." I growls and rise my back fur standing on end. I slink father down the river, claws sinking into the dirt each step. "Nearly every body knows." I hiss and flop down a ways away .

The lone Tree - Page 4 Empty Re: The lone Tree

Post by Alisen Tue Feb 03, 2015 12:41 am

Alisen is listening to a far low bark and doesn’t pay attention to the two’s conversation. She barks back and sees a tinny cream color temptress come trotting over with a confident Grin, as her marbles land on Red. Alisen laughs.

Coal and Steel both snicker behind Alisen and then stop trying to hide there inner laughter.

The small fae walks striate up to Red and throws a angel’s smile at him. “I’m Willow, mind if I hang out with you lasses for a bit?” The flirty little wolf asks only red. She doesn’t even glance at Timber.

Alisen turns around and busts out laughing “Oh crude its Willow,” Alisen snickers to her brothers “She’s such a tease,” Alisen whispers still laughing at the tinny wolf. Then when she finally turns around she sees another wolf and sits striate and calm as if a respectful statue.

Coal had noticed the wolf before and hasn’t looked away from him since, he doesn’t growl but does send him a warning glare out of Alisen’s view

Timber frowned, glancing into the river. She did? This wasnt the river she usualy sat at, which was a river she had just remembered, but it would do. She stared in at her reflection, which instantly brought up a bunch of memorys, with just as many throbs in her mind. She glanced at Red, who seemed miserable. She hated seeing him like that, but would knowing why really help? She tried anyway, frowning into the river as she thought in silence. She frowned as a cream colored fae came over, ignoring her, but on the other hand she had called red a girl, so it was nothing to worry about. She shouldn't worry anyways, right?

I growl as my tail thrashes in the water. She did know right? Timber seemed to know things from the past. I glance over at her ears still back. Why did she look upset? I growl and shake my head. What was happening?

Alisen looks over at the timber and trots over to her and sits at the fae’s side. “Ms. Timber are you alright, you seem different,” Alisen asks worry in her voice even though she didn’t know the she wolf hardly at all, Alisen still felt something in her gut that pushed her to comfort the fae.

Willow looks at the male with sweat eyes “Is something wrong, can I help. I’m great at helping.” She says.

Timber looked at Red, then the flirty wolf, then at herself. Shed picked up the wrong puzzle peice; it didn't fit. She snarled at herself, mentally scolding her memory. Why was red mad? With a glance at the wolf, the fae, the look in her eyes was clear. The way Storm had looked aat Akuma when they met. She wrinkled her nose, growling very quitely. Another mental scolding. She had no reason to growl, right? She looked at her reflection again, as her mind screamed at her. What was it saying? She was killing something. No, her teeth were free of blood. Jaghunds grinning face errupted in her mind, and she stumbled in shock. Jaghund. Its dying. Why did she care? She turned in the direction of Red and the fae, with a look like the calm before a storm. She padded over, looking the fae in the eyes. "I'm sorry, pup, is anything wrong?" She asked in an equally calm tone.

Timber tilted her head at Red. She backed away from them both and sat down. Because honestly, she had no clue. She didn't like seeing the fae flirt with Red. Was that wrong? She shruged and glanced at Alisen. "Yea, I'm fine." She said in a light and cheery tone.

Alisen nods seeing the fae doesn’t want to talk about that. “Who’s that?” Alisen asked slightly throwing her head toured the quiet male over by Red the mysterious one, the one she knows nothing of.

Willow growls at Timber then looks up at the male “Sorry, I guess your taken.” She says then as she passes Alisen growls at her and snaps at the tinny chew toy.

Alisen laughs “Run along little fox,” Alisen yells after the little rodent.

Timber shrugged, padding back to the rivers edge. Maybe she had remembered incorrectly. It didn't matter anyways. She stared in the river, and frowned back at herself. Sorry was an empty word, but she didn't know what else to say. So Timber said nothing. She just sat there and dwelled on her new memories. Hearing Alisens question, she shrugged. She had no clue.

I pant and lie by the river and loooong ways away. I whine and put my paw into the river. Why just why? I wonder to myself did she not know? Did she not anymore? I sigh and gaze into the river, thoughts flooding my mind.

Timber flipped through her memories, one by one. She remembered now. Poor Red. She knew that if the situation was flipped, she would have done the same. With a sigh, she stood, and followed Reds trail. She expected she had some explaining to do. Once reaching him, she stopped and sat down near him, looking in the water silently for a few moments. "I think I stabbed Rember with a knife accidentally... oops." She smiled jokingly, trying to turn it into cheerfulness. Thats what she did, after all.

Timber would have facepalmed, but she chose to roll her eyes and take a step back. "So, I ran all this way to appoligize for making you mad, and now you act like YOU don't remember?" Now she was confused again, but she chose to not care. She frowned at him. "And bro. Stop with the growling. I'm not evil. At least not purposefully." Yente enjoyed saying that, didn't she.

My ears dart back and I bolt away. I run fast over to the swamplands. Timber couldn't find me there. I pant as I reach the muddy and I dig a hole and lie down. I was confused first she acts like she doesnt know now she does? I sigh and poke a leaf with one sharp claw.

Timber rolled her eyes. It was confusing enough with memory partially gone. Now she had red scared of her. She followed him, telling herself that after this, she would let him run. At that point, she would have figured something out. She glances in the hole, then backs up and sits down. "Listen dude. Everyones confused. Even alisen. But I have one thing I'm hoping will clear up yours." She glanced back the way shed come. "I'm zutting talented when it comes to hiding feelings. When Pine died, I had to go help Moon with her pups. Not exactly the time to cry, eh? So I was cheerful. No one could guess." She glanced in the hole Red had dug once more. "So, yea. I think Yente messed with my head. I'm back to normal." With that, she turned and walked back the way shed come.

Alisen remains silent and looks out in the distance, she thinks about life, how she was born how she will die, how her brothers will live on, without her. Of course knew they may die before her, but she hoped to say good bye before they had to.

Steel looks at the timber wolf “Are you ok, mistress?” He says in a respectful, and relaxed tone looking art Timber. Coal looks over at his brother in shock.

Timber shrugged, glancing up at Alisens brother. "Do I look okay?" She asked, because she didn't really know. Red was mad at her, which was never fun. But then again, she was supposed to be cheerful, so she should be okay.

Alisen glances over at Steel to see his reaction. She hardly ever sees him talk to someone that’s not part of the group. She stands and sits between her older brothers.

Steel grins “You look just fine,” He replays before turning to look at his sister. Coal does the same.

Alisen nods and they all three stand, the boys turn and start walking toured the grasslands. Alisen walks toured Timber “Would you like to join me and my brothers on a hunt, it will help clear your mind, and the way we hunt together is fun.” Alisen says with a smile.
